Your privacy, in plain words
What we collect when you enquire or subscribe, why, and the control you have over it.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Ariti Villa collects when you use this website or enquire about a stay, why we collect it and the rights you have over it.
Who is responsible
Ariti Villa (Greek tourism licence 00001022601) is the data controller. You can reach us about privacy at stay@aritivilla.gr.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form we collect your name, email, optional phone number, preferred dates, number of guests and your message. If you subscribe to updates we collect your email address. Our host also records standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages viewed) to keep the site secure and running.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry details to answer you, check availability and arrange a booking — this is necessary to take steps you have asked for. We send updates only with your consent. Technical logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, working website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and reply to you, such as our email/form provider and our web host. Some providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any booking, and deleted when no longer needed or once you ask. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing stay@aritivilla.gr. You may also complain to the Greek Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
